Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We only accept returns or issue refunds in these cases:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was received
- The order was not delivered
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds & Replacements
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue (if applicable)
If approved, we may:
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a refund (full or partial)
In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)
If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
If it has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Delivery Delays & Lost Packages
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We do not issue refunds for carrier delays while the package is still in transit.
If your package is confirmed lost, or if it is not delivered within 30 business days after the last tracking update, we will offer a replacement or a refund (your choice).
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find the package, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Orders delayed by the carrier while still in transit
